Senior Nutrition & Transportation

Rocky's Senior Nutrition and Transportation Programs are all about enriching the lives of seniors in the Tri-County area of Lewis & Clark, Jefferson, and Broadwater counties. We provide access to nutritious meals available to the public through our congregate dining, lively social interactions, reliable transportation to and from activities, and fulfilling volunteer opportunities. Join us in creating a vibrant, connected community for our beloved seniors!

Senior Commodities

Through the Senior Commodity Program, Rocky provides monthly shipments of free food to individuals in Lewis & Clark, Broadwater, and Jefferson counties, helping them supplement their food supplies. Food is packed in Helena and delivered to designated pick-up spots throughout the tri-county area every other month.

Meals on Wheels

Rocky's  Meals on Wheels Program ensures that homebound seniors aged 60 and over have access to hot, nutritious food. Food is delivered Monday through Friday to individual residencies by a network of volunteers, in Lewis & Clark, Broadwater, and Jefferson County. 

Transportation

Rocky's Transportation Program provides free transportation to participants of Rocky's programs and volunteers aged 55 years and older within Helena city limits.
