Stepping On
Taught by certified instructors from Rocky's Agency on Aging, the upcoming evidence-based, seven-week class, Stepping On will be held in the Card Room of the Helena Senior Center, from September 4 to October 30, from 11:30 am - to 1:30 p.m. *No class will be held on September 11, and October 9!
