Ombudsman
Long-Term Care Ombudsmen, part of Rocky's Agency on Aging team, advocate for older adults considering or living in assisted living and nursing home facilities.
Ombudsmen provide information and referral services to older adults who are deciding whether or when to move into long-term care setting. If requested, they will also involve family members or friends in these discussions. The Ombudsman’s role is to encourage all involved to consider a variety of services and options that help older adults lead beneficial lives.
