Rocky Mountain Development Council offers a monthly Homebuyer Education class. The purpose of the class is to teach potential homeowners about the process of purchasing a home.

What does homeownership mean to me? It means the opportunity to provide a better quality of life, freedom, independence, safety and security for my two-legged baby, four-legged fur babies and two-legged feathered babies.
Don’t be embarrassed about situations that life has given you (this was a tough one for me). Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Don’t give up. The only failed attempt is the attempt not taken.
I encourage everyone to take the home buyer class at Rocky Mountain Development Council. This was not my first house, and I still learned so much from this class.
