Q: Can I make changes to my account after I've made an online gift (i.e. change amount, change credit card number, cancel payment)?
A: Yes, it is very easy for us to make changes to your account. Please contact Steven Ferriter at 406-457-7377 or sferriter@rmdc.net to request a change. If your request is received before the processing deadline for the current month, we can make the change effective for that month. If not, the change will take effect for the following month.
Q: What if I need to cancel my giving? Can I stop whenever I want?
A: Yes, that is no problem. Please contact Steven Ferriter at 406-457-7377 or sferriter@rmdc.net to request a cancellation. Depending on when we receive your request, the cancellation will either take place for the current month or the following month.
Q: Will I receive verification of my donations for tax purposes?
A: All monthly donors will receive an annual statement reflecting the prior year's total contributions. This statement will be mailed in a timely fashion at the beginning of the new year.
Q: What is Rocky's tax identification number?
A: 81-0296458
Q: When will my credit card be charged for monthly giving?
A: Your credit card will be charged on the day that your first transaction is made, and then charged on the same day of each subsequent month. If you were to make your first gift on the 6th day of month, your card will be charged on the 6th day of the month for as long as you remain a monthly donor.
Q: Does my monthly gift have to be recognized on the website and in other communications?
A: No, if you would like to make a monthly gift and remain anonymous, or make the gift in someone else's name, you are welcome to do that. We would love to celebrate you as a very important supporter of Rocky, but if you do not wish to be recognized, we will honor that.
