Rocky's In-Person Homebuyer Education Class - 2 part class
Rocky Mountain Development Council, Inc. is offering two-part in-person Homebuyer Education Classes on February 18th and February 25th. The two classes will run from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm in the Neighborhood Center Card Room. Light snacks will be provided along with a "working" lunch. To receive certification, attendance of three sessions is required.
WHAT IS HOMEBUYER EDUCATION CLASS FOR?
Homebuyer Education classes provide in-depth information on many aspects of homeownership including:
- Budgeting
- Finding a home
- Choosing a lender/closing on a loan
- Homeowner’s insurance
- Home inspection & maintenance
- Energy savings
* Please note that class registration is nonrefundable. Registration also requires a 60-minute intake/counseling appointment prior to class.
