The Montana Aging Services Bureau will be hosting a FREE estate planning clinic at the First Presbyterian Church, 535 N. Ewing St., Helena, MT, on November 8th, 2018 from 9am to 4pm.

At the clinic, seniors (age 60 and older) and any Tribal Member will work with a legal volunteer to draft estate planning documents like:
• Simple Wills
• Living Wills
• Powers of Attorney for Healthcare and Finances
• Declaration of Homesteads
• Indian Wills
• Beneficiary Deeds

All documents are drafted, notarized, and copied, free of charge. There will also be professionals present to discuss legal issues, veteran’s benefits, victim services, and much more.
