Requests for Proposals
Rocky Mountain Development Council, Inc. (RMDC) is requesting proposals from HVAC, Insulation and/or General Contractors for their 2013-2014 weatherization assistance program. RMDC receives public and private funds to install energy conservation measures for qualified lower and moderate income homeowners and renters in Broadwater, Jefferson and Lewis & Clark Counties. Much of the work will be done on mobile homes. More than one contract may be awarded. Proposal packets require a $25 deposit and can be picked up at the RMDC main office, 200 South Cruse Avenue, Helena, MT between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. The RFP, without Policy Manuals, can be viewed at RMDC’s website: www.rmdc.net. Bidders are required to attend the Bidders Conference on Monday, January 14, 2013, at 5:30 p.m. at RMDC, 200 South Cruse Avenue, Helena. Potential Clarifications will be made available only at the meeting. Sealed bids will be due and opened at the RMDC Main Office, 200 South Cruse Avenue, Helena, Montana, no later than 1:30 p.m. on Friday, January 25, 2013. EOE
